"Great summer job! The opportunities are GREAT with Paramount Promotions. You can manage your own store, hire your own staff, all the while enjoying a hassle free and worry free work environment. But what is even better, you can earn great pay, and still have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your summer!"

"Teachers preferred for management of tent sale:"
When I saw the advertisement in my local paper, I thought it was too good to be true. I didn't even know what the job was but I called anyway. I got hired by Paramount Promotions, Inc. that year. I helped sell fireworks that first year in a couple different locations and have been doing it ever since.
It is a really fun job. I am in charge of myself and my location. (I get to have adult contact!) And it is a short summer job, so I can still relax and enjoy myself. And the best part . . . I don't have to tie anyone's shoes!!! :)

People get excited about coming to buy fireworks, especially the kids. That is fun to see. The job is not real difficult, especially if you like to build things, i.e. arranging the fireworks into designs on the tables. If you like organization, this is a great job. Most of the people that come into the tent are pleasant--that's fun.

I like the job because it's pretty relaxing . . . you get to sit out there and when the people come into the tent, you get to interest them in buying the fireworks. I enjoy being able to work with people and help them pick out fireworks they will like. It's a short job and it pays well. It's really great to work with the people.

"One of the benefits of working with the school system is you have the summers off. At first, I was very hesitant about taking on a summer job, especially selling fireworks. This summer job was more exciting than I originally thought! I enjoyed watching the customers become enthusiastic over the fireworks. Selling fireworks is an ideal job for a people person who likes to be outdoors, conversing with people, and all the while getting paid ! What a great way to spend a little bit of your summer!"

"Freedom at Last!!! Good-bye students, parents, principals and those darn scheduled school bells. Put on your favorite jean shorts, T-shirt and pack your tent with family and friends for two weeks of fun in the sun. Selling fireworks is a "blast" and the pay is great."
